Good thing Paladium stays open until 4 a.m. for this ladies´ night, or you might never get your chance on the aformentioned dance floor. This place is packed tighter than Shakira´s leather chaps with a multigenerational melting pot of people enjoying salsa, reggaeton and high-energy dance.

If you don´t know your moves, stop by for free dance lessons on Disco Tuesdays. Wednesdays appeal to cheapskates by offering free admission. And every Friday is ladies´ night, when women get in free before 11 p.m. (they pay only $10 after 11) and enjoy free drinks all night.
